Every customer from one console.
The margin stays yours.
Saj Serve was built multi-tenant from the first line. Onboard a customer in minutes, run a hundred of them from one screen, bill them from the usage the system already records — and put your brand on the whole thing, down to the phone in their pocket.
A hundred customers. One screen. Each one walled off.
Every customer is a tenant with its own extensions, numbers, call flows, recordings, users and admins. Their admin sees their company and nothing else. You see all of them.
- Tenant tree. Your park, your resellers under you, their customers under them. Every level self-serves the level below.
- Hard isolation. One customer can never reach another's data — enforced in the database, tested on every release.
- Per-tenant everything. Call flows, hours, recording policy, codec preferences, branding, limits.
- Suspend, resume, move. Non-payment, a merger, a change of host — without touching the phones.
- Templates. "Dental practice, 8 phones, reception-first." Save it once, deploy it in a minute.
- The engineer, across all tenants. "Which customers are trending over their tier?" "Roll out the new after-hours message to every clinic." Confirmed before it acts.
- Health, alerts and webhooks into the monitoring you already run.
- Browser-based operations. Update, restart, renew certificates and change firewall rules from the console — no SSH session, no 2am drive.
A new customer, live before lunch.
The parts of onboarding that used to eat a technician's day — handset config, dial plans, number moves — are the parts the platform does itself.
- Create the tenant.Name, domain, licence band, branding. Or clone a template.
- Describe the call flow to the engineer."Reception first, overflow to the floor after fifteen seconds, voicemail after six." It drafts the extensions, ring groups and hours, shows you the plan, applies it on your word.
- Ship the phones.Yealink, Poly and Grandstream handsets configure themselves the moment they connect. Softphone users get a QR code and are calling in under two minutes.
- Move the numbers.Assign from your inventory or run the port. The old system rings until the switch.
- Hand over.Their admin logs into their own branded console. Your monitoring already sees the site.
Buy per system. Sell it your way. Keep the difference.
You buy licences from the published card at partner pricing, sized by each customer's peak simultaneous external calls (outside calls). You set the sell price, bundle your managed service on top, and never re-quote when they hire — extensions are unlimited and internal calls never count.
Compare the per-seat model: 40 seats at $65 is $31,200 a year, and the vendor keeps almost all of it. Here the licence line is public, the rest is yours to price.
Volume tiers on the published card.
The customer can see the list price. You buy below it. The gap is yours before you've added a single hour of service.
Their headcount is not your cost.
Add fifty extensions for a customer and your licence doesn't move. Only their peak simultaneous external calls ever change the band.
On their server, in your cloud, or hosted by us.
Same licence, same console. Run it in your own cloud under your brand, put it on the customer's rack, or let us host it and still own the relationship.
The system already knows what every customer used. Invoice from it.
Every call writes a record with the tenant, the number, the direction, the duration, what it cost you and what you sell it for. That record is yours — as a file, a feed, or a line in your accounting system.
- Usage per customer, rolled up monthly or on demand: minutes, calls, recordings, transcription, simultaneous external calls in use.
- Rate decks with both columns. Your carrier cost and your sell price per destination, per tenant. Least-cost routing picks the cheapest trunk automatically.
- Call records as CSV or by API, in the shape your billing tool expects — or streamed live over signed webhooks as calls end.
- Invoice sync to Xero, QuickBooks and NetSuite, per tenant, with your margin applied.
- Self-serve upgrades. Customers can move up a band through a hosted checkout, and the entitlement changes the moment the payment lands.
- The monthly audit, done for you. Ask the engineer who's trending over their band; it drafts the upgrade quotes against your rate card.
Toll fraud is how operators lose real money overnight. Not here.
Per customer, per day.
A tenant can't run up a bill you didn't authorise. Caps are on by default and the outbound dial plan is an allow-list, not a deny-list.
You hear about it before the carrier does.
Unusual destinations, unusual hours, unusual volume — flagged and stopped, with a record of who created every trunk and when.
One bad tenant can't touch another.
Numbers route to the right customer and never across. Cross-tenant access is tested on every release.
Your name on the console, the apps and the invoice. Ours nowhere.
White-label, all the way down. Your logo, colours and domain on the admin console and the customer portal. Your name on the mobile and desktop apps. Your sender on every notification and every invoice.
Your support, your way. You own the customer relationship and first-line support; our engineers stand behind you on the platform.
Demo and lab licences for your sales and support teams, deal registration, and co-marketing for launches.
Every 3CX, Asterisk and Teams Phone site in your territory is a migration away.
Point the migration tool at a prospect's system. It inventories users, numbers, flows and voicemail, maps them, dry-runs, and lets both systems ring side by side until the customer is sure. Rolling back is one click.
From: Asterisk, FreePBX, FreeSWITCH, FusionPBX, 3CX, Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, any standard SIP system.
Keep Teams for chat and run the phones underneath with direct routing — the easiest conversation you'll have with a Microsoft shop.
3CX customers already understand per-system pricing. Show them the four things it never does here: cap extensions, count internal calls, hide the price list, or leave a caller in dead air.
Put your name on it.
Tell us how many customers you run today and what they're on. We'll come back with partner pricing, a demo licence and an engineer on the line within one business day.
