The phone-machine column is the computer we run. It is not support. On a hosted Intelligence system, our AI Engineer is a separate $6,995 a year for its GPU. Connect your own MCP client and that GPU is not charged. Configuration and call data your client sends to your model vendor are your disclosure.
The AI admin assistant configures the system in plain language, confirms before applying changes, and can use your own model. It does not answer customers.
Enterprise (single sign-on, audit export, sovereign deployment, support SLA) and Wholesale (white-label and redistribution for telcos) are quoted, because they are contracts and programmes rather than extra software. These quoted terms sit alongside the annual licence bands above.
Size by peak calls, not headcount.
What counts as a simultaneous external call? A call with one leg outside your system, active right now. A 40-person office typically peaks at 8 to 16. Desk-to-desk calls never count.
What happens if I grow? Move up a tier. Your extensions, config and data don't change; the licence does. Hiring ten people costs you nothing. Carrying more simultaneous external calls is the only thing that ever moves your price.
Emergency calls always go through. Not gated by tier, not by licence state — even if a licence lapses.
We don't make money on your minutes. Bring your own carrier and pay them directly. The licence is the product.
Why is Intelligence priced like that? It replaces the separate per-seat conversation-intelligence stack you'd otherwise buy on top of a phone system. One system price, transcription bucket included, extra transcription minutes metered, without a per-minute headline.
Free means free. Core is self-hosted, is not a trial and doesn't expire. It is the Core phone system at exactly 3 simultaneous external calls. A fourth external call is the 8-call Pro licence. Pro and Intelligence add the contact centre and the call assistant. They are not included in Core.
Hosting is the machine. The hosted column is the phone-system computer. It is not support. On Intelligence and above, running our AI Engineer adds $6,995 a year for its GPU. You can connect your own MCP client instead, and your AI does that job. We do not charge the GPU in that case. Configuration and call data your client sends to your model vendor are your disclosure.
Leaving is never paywalled. Config and data export works on every tier — including free, including a lapsed licence. Export cannot be switched off by a licence flag.
Busy? Callers queue, never dead air. When a system is carrying its full count of simultaneous external calls, the next caller hears a courtesy message and waits for the first free line, and your admin gets an alert. Nobody gets a busy signal because of a licence.
The same card, bought below it, sold above it.
Partners buy per-system licences from this table at volume pricing and set their own sell price. Telcos license the platform flat and buy minute pools. Nobody pays us per seat, per subscriber or per extension — so a customer's headcount never becomes your cost.

Most comparisons in this category leave out the cost of the person who administers a self-hosted system, which makes self-hosting look free when it isn't. Ours has that line in it, on by default, and you can raise it until it hurts. The numbers below are live — change any field.
$42,375 less over 3 years — and hiring 10 more people adds $0 to the Saj Serve line, against $7,800 a year on a per-seat plan.
Licence figures come straight from the table above. The phone machine and the AI Engineer GPU are separate. Your current spend and your admin's time are yours to set. Carrier minutes sit outside both columns: bring your own trunk and pay your carrier directly.
