For businesses

Every call, answered
like you meant it.

Phones that ring the right person. On the Intelligence edition, notes and a summary after every call. And a bill that doesn't grow when you hire — extensions are unlimited, and the price is set by how many calls are on the line at once, not by headcount. It runs on a server you own: yours, your cloud, or hosted by us.

Unlimitedextensions, on every tier. Hiring never touches your bill.
$0to run it on your own server with up to 3 simultaneous external calls. Not a trial.
1 commandto install. Your first admin login is minutes away.
100%of your recordings and call records stay on your disk.
Day one

From a bare server to a ringing office.

One command starts the install. If you can log in to a Linux box, you can run this. If you'd rather not, a solution provider can run it for you, or we can host it.

  1. Install with one command. The installer sets up the database, the phone gateway, the browser phone and your HTTPS certificate, then hands you the admin console.
  2. Plug in your phones.Any standard SIP desk phone registers. Yealink, Poly and Grandstream handsets configure themselves the moment they connect. Everyone else gets the browser phone and the mobile app.
  3. Tell the engineer how calls should flow."Reception answers first, overflow to sales after fifteen seconds, voicemail after hours." It drafts the plan, shows it to you, and applies it when you say so.
  4. Bring your number across.Keep the number your customers already know. The porting workflow tracks the request from paperwork to go-live, and your old system keeps ringing until the switch.
  5. Take the first call. From the first ring, the phone system is live: desk phones, browser phone, mobile apps, voicemail with transcripts. On the Intelligence edition, every call is also transcribed live and summarised the moment it ends — your team starts the day with nothing to type up.
What your team gets

The whole phone system. Not the "starter" cut of it.

Everything a business phone system should do, in the box — the Core edition covers the everyday phone system, and Pro adds the features marked below that bigger offices grow into.

  • A phone everywhere. Desk phone, browser, Windows and Mac desktop, iPhone and Android. One extension rings them all, and a call flips between them without dropping.
  • Ring groups and hunt groups. Reception first, then the floor. Sales ring-all. Support in order. Pick up a colleague's ringing phone from yours.
  • Voicemail that reads itself. Transcripts arrive in the app and your inbox; call back or forward with a tap.
  • An auto-attendant you draw. Drag the menu, the hours, the overflow and the voicemail box onto a canvas. Test it before you publish. Roll back if you change your mind.
  • Business hours and holidays. Different flows for open, closed, lunch and public holidays — per office, per time zone.
  • Park, transfer, conference. Attended and blind transfer on every edition. Three-way calls and scheduled conference rooms with PINs are Pro.
  • Hot desking. Pro Sit anywhere, enter your PIN, the phone becomes yours until you leave.
  • Music on hold, announcements and paging. Your track, your message on every edition; overhead paging to the warehouse is Pro.
  • Call recording you control. Every edition records — 1 GB of recordings on Core. Retention you set and consent recording, per line, encrypted on your disk, are Pro.
  • Caller ID that's trusted. Outbound calls carry a signed caller identity so your number isn't flagged as spam.
  • Phones that survive the internet. When the connection to the outside world drops, desk-to-desk calling keeps working on site.
  • Fax, still. Because the bank and the clinic still send them.
The assistant on every call · Intelligence

Your people talk. It takes the notes, finds the answers and writes the follow-up.

This isn't a bot that answers your customers. It sits beside the person who does, and it runs on your own hardware — nothing about the call leaves your building unless you decide it should. Live transcription and the AI call assistant are part of the Intelligence edition.

Live transcript. Intelligence Every word on screen as it's said, so nobody asks the customer to repeat their order number.

Who's calling, and why. Intelligence The caller's history, last order, open ticket and the next best step, pulled from your CRM before the second ring.

Summary and actions, instantly. Intelligence The moment the call ends: a summary, the commitments made, the follow-up email drafted, the CRM updated. Nothing to type up.

Sentiment and escalation. Intelligence When a call turns, a supervisor sees it turning — and can listen, whisper to the agent, or step in.

Voicemail, transcribed. Read it in the app, decide in seconds. On every edition.

The engineer. "Add a ring group for the new Brisbane office." "Set everyone to do-not-disturb on Monday." The AI admin assistant configures the system in plain language — it shows you the change and applies it only when you confirm. On every edition, and it can run on your own model.

When you grow into a contact centre · Pro

The queues, wallboards and dialler are already in the same system.

You don't buy a second product when the sales team gets serious. You turn the Pro edition on.

Inbound

Queues that know who's best.

Skills-based routing, callbacks instead of hold music, service-level targets, and a wallboard on the wall in TV mode.

Outbound

A dialler that respects the rules.

Predictive, progressive, power or preview dialling with do-not-call lists enforced before a single number is dialled.

Quality

Every call scored, not one in twenty.

Supervisors listen, whisper and barge on Pro. Workforce management forecasts the week and rosters the team. On the Intelligence edition, every interaction also gets an AI scorecard.

Your data, your disk

Your recordings are in your building. Your customer list isn't anyone's training data.

A rented phone system routes your calls through five vendor systems you'll never see. Saj Serve runs on a server you own — your call gateway, your server, your database, your storage — inside the environment your auditors have already looked at.

Nothing phones home to run a call. No usage telemetry on the audio path. No licence server to call. The AI runs on your own model if you prefer it that way.

Leaving is never paywalled. Export your config, your recordings and your call records on any tier, even with a lapsed licence.

Moving off your current system

Leaving is the vendor's problem. We made it ours.

Point the migration tool at what you run today. It inventories your users, numbers, call flows, voicemail boxes and ring groups, shows you the mapping, dry-runs it, and lets you run both systems side by side until you're sure.

From: Asterisk and FreePBX, FreeSWITCH and FusionPBX, 3CX, Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel — or any standard SIP system by export.

Keep Teams for chat. Run the phones underneath it with direct routing, so nobody re-learns their desktop.

Roll back in one click at any step before the number port. Your old system is untouched until you say otherwise.

What it costs

A 40-person office, priced honestly.

Forty people on the phones typically carry 8 to 16 simultaneous external calls (outside calls) at the busiest moment of the day. That number — not the headcount — is what sizes your licence.

Core · free

$0, forever.

The Core phone system on your own server, at 3 simultaneous external calls. Not a trial, doesn't expire. Contact centre and live call transcription sit on Pro and Intelligence.

Pro · 16 simultaneous external calls

$995 a year.

Every phone-system feature, contact-centre queues, wallboards, recording retention and consent, the operator panel. Unlimited extensions. Bring your own carrier.

Intelligence · 16 simultaneous external calls

$12,995 a year.

Everything in Pro plus live transcription, the assistant on every call, summaries and CRM updates. Replaces the separate per-seat conversation-intelligence bill.

The same 40 people on a $65-per-seat cloud plan cost $31,200 a year — and $7,800 more every time you hire ten. Run your own numbers, including the hours someone spends looking after it.
